Design

We can offer various mechanical control systems for pneumatic, hydraulic and gas applications. The systems cover pressure testing in hoses to actuator control in choke and kill systems etc.

Systems can be designed in an open frame or fully enclosed unit whilst fabrications come in mild steel painted or stainless steel construction.

These can all be purely hand operated or if required interface to a PLC for automated control.

Data acquisition can also be added by the use of USB transmitters and run on free software. This will allow the user to monitor pressures in their system on a laptop or pc, log the data and generate custom reports specific to their requirements.

All work undertaken is in accordance all relevant Standards.

Systems are tested by a Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) prior to shipment.

All manufactured systems are CE marked and come with a declaration of conformity.

Drawings are supplied in AutoCAD 2D format and 3D if required.

Safety

All systems are risk assessed to ensure that the correct safety equipment is selected and utilized so the system will operate safely. When the safety device is called into operation it will function as designed. Some examples we have utilised are below;

• Pressure relief valves
• Burst discs
• Emergency Stop

Manufacturing

All systems are manufactured to ensure the highest of standards.

Testing

The systems are fully pressure tested to proof test pressures above designed working pressures with test certificates generated.

Factory Acceptance testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and is offered as a service to ensure the control systems function correctly and meet the client’s specifications.

Installation and commissioning

All equipment can be installed where required in accordance all relevant Standards.

Training

We offer training for operators in the main operation of the systems along with maintenance personnel for the up keep of the system.
