We offer a software service to design our system to function safely and to meet our client’s specifications. Where required we can include Human Machine Interface (HMI) to allow easy interface of the machine for the operator.

The HMI can show the status of system during operation and any alarms that may arise etc. Various data can be displayed if required some examples are displaying pressures, temperatures, cycle times ad run times etc.

Data can be stored locally on the HMI for USB retrieval in raw data or a test report format. The test reports can be stored locally on the HMI for USB retrieval, FTP client or email. Raw data can be stored on the cloud for retrieval and manipulation into excel. 

Where required rather than a HMI full Scada (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems) are developed to give the operator more control and analytical tools.

Data Acquisition

PLC Software and HMI’s are an ideal way of monitoring operating pressures, temperatures and digital signals for Data Acquisition but can become costly. We can offer USB transmitters the run on free software. This will allow the user to monitor pressures in their system on a laptop or pc, log the data and generate custom reports specific to their requirements. 

Remote Access

This can save clients valuable time and money rather than the need to have a engineer on site the system can be accessed remotely to look at any possible issues or modifications quicker than waiting for a site visit. The cost against having an engineer on site can be also be reduced by allowing access to be done remotely.  Access can be through ethernet or a 4g modem, all access is encrypted and secure to the highest levels to  ensure an safe and secure connection.
